our Story
Hi, we’re Meg & Nick - the husband and wife team behind The Trailer Disco.
Our love story started in a karaoke bar in Bristol, so it feels only right that karaoke is at the heart of our business.
When we started planning our own wedding in 2025, we searched for a unique karaoke experience to entertain our guests but couldn’t find anything quite like what we had imagined so, we decided to create it ourselves!
From that first idea, we bought a horsebox trailer, put on our overalls, and got to work transforming it into The Trailer Disco.

Trailer Disco is a completely unique entertainment experience designed
to bring people together through music, laughter, and a whole lot of
singing.
We’re passionate about cheesy anthems, disco balls and building core memories. Whether it’s a wedding, hen party, birthday, or special celebration, our mission is simple: to help you create a fun party atmosphere that all your guests won't be able to stop talking about.
1. Tell us about your event
Ready to bring The Trailer Disco to your celebration?
Simply fill out our contact form with your event details, including your date, location, and any additional extras you’d like to hire, such as our silent disco, garden games, or event props.
Once we’ve received your enquiry, we’ll get back to you with availability and a personalised quote.
2. Let’s plan the perfect party
As your event gets closer, we’ll arrange a video call with you to chat through all the important details.
We’ll discuss timings, trailer positioning, and your plans for the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We’ll also send you a handy video showing you exactly how to use all the equipment, so you and your guests can jump straight in and start the party.
3. We bring the party to you
On the day of your event, we’ll arrive with The Trailer Disco, set everything up, and make sure it’s ready for you and your guests to enjoy.
Once everything is ready, it’s time to grab the microphone, choose your favourite song, and create memories you’ll never forget!
4. We’ll take care of the rest
When the celebrations come to an end, there’s no need to worry about packing anything away. We’ll return to collect The Trailer Disco at the agreed time, leaving you free to relax.

6 hOUR HIRE

Short on Time? Hire our Karaoke trailer for 6 hours
After setting up, we'll leave site and return 6 hours later to pack everything down.
Please be aware, collections after 2300 will incur an additional fee.
OVERNIGHT Hire
£1500
Party on with our amazing Karaoke Trailer. We will turn up on your special day, setup the trailer and leave you to it!
Pickup will take place the next morning.

Don't want the party to end? Hire our Karaoke trailer for the entire weekend!
Typically drop off on a Friday, collection on a Sunday Morning.
